Over the next 28 days, I'm going to walk you through everything I teach my private patients — the gut-skin connection, the anti-inflammatory diet, the lifestyle factors that accelerate ageing and those that reverse it, the supplements worth taking, the skincare ingredients to avoid, and a practical roadmap for transforming your skin from the inside out.
What’s Included
The course is structured across four weeks. Each week builds on the last.
Week 1 lays the foundations: understanding your skin, completing your baseline health assessment, and beginning to see the connection between what's happening inside your body and what's showing up on the outside.
Week 2 is the engine room — your gut, your diet, and the nutrients your skin cells need to thrive. This is the material that most surprises my patients, and where the most dramatic changes begin.
Week 3 focuses on the lifestyle factors most people overlook: sleep, stress, hormones, and movement. These are not optional extras. They are, in many cases, the difference between good skin and great skin.
Week 4 ties everything together with a deep dive into skincare — what your products should and shouldn't contain, how to build a routine that works with your skin, and a dedicated troubleshooting section for specific skin conditions.
